Jessica Ann Nagle-Wilson,  age 26 of Warren, died Sunday, July 28, 2002 at Royal Oak Beaumont Hospital, after being shot to death. She was responding to a disturbance call as a Hazel Park Police Officer.

Jessica was born May 23, 1976 in Warren, Michigan the daughter of Bill and Debbie Nagle. She is survived by her husband of 2 months, Matthew Wilson. Daughter in law of Dick and Kathy Wilson.  Loving sister of Rob and Kerrie Nagle and Amanda (Nagle) Litnianki. Granddaughter of the late Patricia Russell.  Aunt of Katelyn, Payton, & Sydney Nagle and Dakota Litnianski. Sister in law of Ashley Wilson.  Also survived by many aunts, uncles, family members, friends and fellow officers.

Jessica was a 1994 graduate of Fitzgerald high school.  She was a scholar athlete her senior year in softball, volleyball and basketball. She went on to graduate from Ferris State University in 2000 with a B.S. in Criminal Justice.  Jessica was also the president of the Lambda Alpha Epsilon Criminal Justice Fraternity.  She then interned with the Forestry Department and the Port Huron Police Department before joining the Hazel Park Police Department in the Fall of 2000.
